I replaced an HP printer with the Canon PIXMA Photo All-in-one printer. (the paper feeds into the rear of the machine and exits in the front of the machine).(Sort of like an old fashioned typewriter.) The paper feed is in the rear of the machine which is a little awkward. You can scan documents easily and print copies with the simple push of one button. Worked great for TWO YEARS, and now not at all. I gave this a 5, because it was very easy to use when it was working- but not usable now (at all!). The paper never gave me any problems during the first two years I owned the machine, but now that (the paper feed) is the issue that is making the entire machine not work.
but it continues to display that message.ĭuring the first two years that I owned this machine, I was very pleased with the quality of the prints. I am 100% sure there is nothing jamming it. but it continues to "think" it has a paper jam, keeps displaying the error message, and It won't print, or scan, or do anything at all. We made sure there was no paper jam (nothing at all is jamming it!).
Clear the paper and press OK"- as soon as I turn it on. Then recently it began displaying "Error! The paper is jammed. I never had any problems during the first two years. But recently it has stopped working altogether. Worked great for the first 2 years I owned it.
